PHP File Upload? Working in File Browser only

Hello,
I've managed to get FCKeditor working fine. Great !
However the only problem I've got is that I can only upload an image, using the file upload feature within the file browser at the bottom. If I use the upload tab on the image button it doesn't work Also if I use the upload tab on Image properties it won't work. I'm using PHP.

Has anyone any advice on whats happening??
