Only few toolbar buttons on MediaWiki

I instaled MediaWiki ver 1.13.2 and FCKEditor ver 2.6.4 and the MediaWiki extention from SVN.
When I start the editor in the wiki I get only few toolbar buttons and the version in the about window says 2.5.
Where goes the real FCKEditor version?

Similar issue, not as many buttons and the image insert/edit button lacks the tabs.... We are running the Dev version at the moment...
