One CE character gets converted to HTML

I've tried to find an answer to this however couldn't find one.
The problem is with CE characters specifically with one.
Accentuated o gets converted to ó whereas the remaining special characters not.
I removed all instance of ´ from the files and it still happens.
Please give me some insight because it's really bothering.
