First post, so firstly I'd like to say Hi!
I'm writing a web app in Asp.Net 2.0, so I'm obviously using the Asp.Net implementation of FCKeditor. I had an issue where I pasted some text from MS Word 2003, and my IE would crash, in a bizarre kind of way. If I tried to click on anything else on my screen (eg, tried to expand another window from the taskbar), it was as if my computer wasn't responding to mouseclicks properly, yet mouseover effects were still occurring. If I tried to use the keyboard to do anything, it didn't pay attention at all. I had enough control to right click on my taskbar, go to Task Manager, and kill the iexplorer.exe process, and then all was well again.
The page this occurred on had 2 FCKeditor boxes on it simultaneously. This happened to me twice in a row, yet now upon trying it again, it appears to be behaving... I'd be happy to just leave it now, but I don't want to deploy my app for a customer and then hear from them that it crashed their PC!
Can anyone shed any light on this? Thanks
