Not working after copy and transfer

I have a working installation, I copied all files using FTP (no errors) and copied the database. Transfered and everything is exactly like the original except FCKeditor won't work. I checked CHMODs and seems OK. I remember something funny going on with the permissions when I installed the original, can't remember excatly. Have set authenticated users to have full FCKeditor permissions and assigned the role to FCKeditor profile.

I tried it set to open pop up, it opens a new window and there's two submit buttons, one is Ok the other is Close. Rest of the screen is white. Any ideas?

Check server logs, error console, traffic logs... somewhere there must be a clue.

I moved it to default/all and it's working now. Searched database for fckeditor and there were some log entries pointing to default/all. Also noticed that after removing and uninstalling fckeditor there were still some permissions for fckeditor in database, don't know if they were cached or what. Working now, thanks.
