Hi Everyone,
I am currently invoking the editor like this:
<cfscript>
fckEditor = createObject("component", "/fckeditor/fckeditor");
fckEditor.instanceName = "eventSnippet";
fckEditor.value = '#lfEvent.eventSnippet#';
fckEditor.basePath = "/fckeditor/";
fckEditor.width = "100%";
fckEditor.height = 400;
fckEditor.toolbarSet = "Standard"; //Case sensitive
fckEditor.create(); // create the editor.
</cfscript>
For the most part, everything works just great. However, today we noticed that it was unable to find the fckeditor.cfc all of a sudden. I am on a shared host and another web site that also uses the editor had the same problem. Eventually, after restarting the server a cople of times, the problem cleared up.
I looked in the _samples/cfm/sample02_mx.cfm and I noticed that there was a mapping being set up. Is this required to invoke the editor as a CFC?
Many thanks in advance, and thanks for such an amazing editor!
