Not being able to format image while editing post.

Hi,
I uploaded an image using the editor .. now when i try editing the format (like positioning) of the image while creating the post it works fine .. but while editing the same post when i try formatting the image again .. it doesnt work ..
Any clue on how do i resolve this thing ..
