I use FCKeditor probably in release 2, last release for the CMS simple, and I have some difficulties for upload and see the images to insert in the text.
The problem, is when I attempt to insert the images : the software say : "it is not possible to acces path : "/var/www/vhosts/mysite.com/httpdocs/images/ (permissions denied)"
I am not on a single computer, but on a web dedicated-server who run under Linux fedora core and where there is some websites like "mysite.com" (for example) and at the same level.
I think that the problem is "absolute path", because the soft FCK search the path from the root of the server.
But, my local web site have no the "root user permissions", but only a "under level" permission for only download with FTP.
In other way, I think that it will be necessary to use relative path in FCKeditor, from the web site level or the cmssimple directory level, but :
- I don't know if it is possible
- I don't know the way to proceed
