No one getting back to support ticket

Hi

My support ticket 3002-ERAG-5506 has been unanswered since 7 September.
I have a simple question that I just need confirmation on.

I'd like to purchase CKeditor for Drupal. Please can someone get back to me on the question posted.

We will send you the confirmation once the refund process has been initiated. As I told you in the email, the refund would not be done before the 11th because the person in charge was on vacation. This will likely be done today. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience.

I just received confirmation. I will now Purchase CKeditor for Drupal in the meantime while the refund process takes it's course.
