Newbie with installation problem

I followed the steps but the samples do not work, the editor is not shown. I did some search here but I couldn't find anything that helped.

Try this for instance:
http://productify.se/ckeditor/_samples/skins.html

The paths to ckeditor.js seem to be correct.

Any suggestion, I need to get started with this?
