Seems that the FTP might have corrupted some files.
Reupload them and verify that they are fine.

Well, again its doing the same thing. What I am going to try monday is DL the file again unzip the file on the server itself and see if that helps

You have modified the compressed source, it's not like the 2.6.2 , so you must revert your changes or fix them.
