New Windows / Different Port / Not Working

i've a webserver at my home office. it works perfectly with version 2.5 of FCK Editor. Now I switched to the newest version. and the popup windows (upload, paste, paste word) are stopped working. even the _samples dont work. the server works on a different port than 80. I use port 11080 to access my office from the outside. is that the reason? how can i fix it? i need both ports working. 80 from inside and 10080 from outside.
