New Installation of CKE is just blank, shows the lower grey box but not the buttons

Hi all.

I have just installed the latest version of CKE. I have tried a custom version and the basic as well as trying on an ASP and PHP server and have just come down to the conclusion I must not be setting something right. Also all the samples are just doing the same thing.

All my textarea boxes just look like this (see attachment).

Weird. First time I see this

First time I see this kind of behavior. Do you get any errors in the console? Sometimes people are missing the buttons in the top toolbar because they use ASCII instead of Auto (or was it the other way around?) when upload CKEditor to the server. But you are entirely missing the top part. Weird.
