Need to reload the Style combo with new set of values

I am using CKEditor 3.6.1. i want to reload the style combo depending on the other extra plugin combo. i can do it by hard coading the config.style set but i want the new set of values onchange of my custom combo. fullpage is true. is there any way to achieve that.
