I have just found this great editor which I thought may be a solution to my needs.
I have a site that uses vBulletin forums and have an addon that plays videos. There is a description field that simply used a textfield so to try and add an editor to it I was hoping this editor was the answer.
I have integrated the editor itself ok however the results although in html code is just displaying that code instead of the formatted result so if anyone can help and suggest how I can get the result I am after with this editor it would be greatly appreciated.
This is a screen shot of the editor when entering a record:
This is the code that ends up in the MYSQL database:
<p> <strong><a class="watch-description-username" href="http://www.youtube.com/user/OldChuckie" onclick="yt.events.stopPropagation(event);"><img alt="" src="http://img.youtube.com/vi/feXN_ddBJOc/default.jpg" style="width: 120px; height: 90px; float: right;" /></a></strong></p> <h1> <strong>Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, </strong></h1> <p> consectetuer adipiscing elit. Donec vulputate. Fusce diam leo, vulputate ut, ornare eget, tincidunt non, justo. Curabitur et sapien. Nullam rutrum felis at purus. Vivamus arcu erat, sagittis nec, accumsan a, luctus a, lectus.
