Multiple Domains to same instance

Hello,

I have come across CK Editor and CK Finder today and looking to purchasethe Finder element but we have a situation with our domains which I wanted to check before I commited to a purchase.

We run our webserver internally, however it can be accessed externally under a domain name, however internally it is accessed via a local domain name. Would CK Finder work for one purchase in this instance?
