I'm having trouble attempting to specify multiple CSS files for the EditorArea. To be more clear, it works properly when specifying the two CSS files in the "fckconfig.js" file:
FCKConfig.EditorAreaCSS = ['/css/first.css', '/css/second.css'];
However, if I did something similar in the "_samples/html/sample01.html" file:
var oFCKeditor = new FCKeditor( 'FCKeditor1' ) ;
oFCKeditor.BasePath = sBasePath ;
oFCKeditor.Height = 300 ;
oFCKeditor.Value = 'sample text' ;
oFCKeditor.Config['EditorAreaCSS'] = ['/css/first.css', '/css/second.css'];
oFCKeditor.Create() ;
The two CSS files are not utilized at all when defined as shown above. Using "View Frame Source" from Firefox's Web Developer extension, I was able to find the generated html:
<link href="/css/first.css,/css/second.css" rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" />
Is this a bug or did I miss something in the javascript array assignment?

RE: Multiple CSS Files
Just found out that this is a limitation that has already been reported:

There's also a discussion about this as an upcoming feature:
