This issue is similar to the Ticket #7839. I have tried everything that is mentioned in the Ticket #7839. However the same issue is coming. Child elements for the parent node are not showing the proper numbering.
Input to the CKEditor is enclosed in the attached file. Even the http://ckeditor.com/demo is showing the same issue.
I am using the CKEditor 3.6.4
