Moving FCKeditor outside Document Root

Hello,
Is it possible to move the fckeditor to another directory? I'm in a project were I can't put folders in the Document Root.
No BasePath works if the fckeditor directory is not at the root.
what the basepath should be if it's not in the root?

For example,
the document root is /www
and the fckeditor is at /www/site01/fckeditor
