More than one custom configuration

Hello

I want to specify more than one custom configuration file, so that settings in the first file are overriden by those in the second file (if specified in the second one). Is it possible to do this?

I want to do this, because i have different modules with different setting which are loaded one after another. Second reason is, i don't want to edit the default config because of an easier update of FCKeditor.
