Modify "b" and "i" button behavior?

Hi everybody,

Isn't possible to modify "b" and "i" buttons default behavior?
Isn't possible to set "<strong>" instead of "<b>" when click on the "B" button?
Is it compulsory to use "Styles dropdown" to make that?

I'm using FCK Editor 2.5 beta, Firefox 2.0.0.7, IE 6 and IE 7.
