Missing [Rich Editor] [Open Rich editor in new window] links

Hello, I am configuring a personal Wiki and have installed FCKEditor on my site and it seems to be working as I can use the sample pages just fine.

The problem is that I don’t have the links to open the Rich Editor which should be located above my toolbar. Any ideas what I might be missing?

I am running MediaWiki version 1.15
