Misplaced table drag handles

Greetings,

The following can be duplicates on your demo page (at http://ckeditor.com/demo) in FireFox 3.5.x:
1. click anywhere in the "International Names" table and the drag handles appear immediately but are not positioned on the table. The handles are shifted approximately one row up and slightly to the left.


2. Right click on the "International Names" table and delete the table. The table disappears but the drag handles remain visible until a click is made elsewhere.


3. Insert a new table of any size and select "align=center". Click anywhere in the resulting table. The table appears centered but the drag handles appear LEFT aligned.


Please any help and/or insight you can provide will be appreciated. Similarly, I'll be glad to provide any additional info you might require.
