Meta Refresh Failure

I have a form with the WYSIWYG Editor to build a HTML email newsletters. When the form is submitted, the following page loops through 200 email addresses at a time using a meta refresh. It works with ActivEdit but when I try to incorporate FCK the page refresh no longer functions.

Does anyone know what would cause this and is there a work-around. This is driving me nuts!
