Meta Description and ALT Attribute Edits

Hello,

A develop installed FCK Editor (build 2.6.3) on our web site. It works great! Unfortunately he didn't leave us any way to edit the Meta Descriptions or ALT Attributes. Could someone tell me how to do this?

I am using ckeditor on one of my web based software where I am using it to take the input from the popup window but It is not working properly. Please help.
