Lower Capital Letters

Hey

is is possible to lower the tags like <STRONG> <LI> etc. into <strong> or <li>

Its my fault that I have added the line in config file CKEDITOR.config.removePlugins = 'elementspath,entities,forms,pastefromword,htmldataprocessor,specialchar,horizontalrule,wsc' ;
