I have an end user who, when using FCK editor, is losing data on a submit. We are using FCK version 1.6, and the user with this problem has Windows 2000, and IE 6+. When the user switches to an XP machine, the problem goes away. The data is not getting to the server side, so the only explanation I have is that it is getting lost during the submit. This error only occurs for a particular user, on this particular machine. It does not occur for any other users. I've tried to reproduce this error on other machines with Win 2000 and IE 6+, but can't. I am really baffled and don't know how to proceed.
Has anyone experienced a problem like this before? I know that FCK editor uses an embedded IFRAME control - could a user have a security setting that disables or blocks IFRAME functionality? Any ideas would be helpful. Thanks.

RE: Losing data during submit
We have a user who is losing content in the FCKeditor on a submit. It seems to be a security setting in the browser that disables scripting between the iframe and parent page, so that when the submit occurs the FCK content sent to the browser is empty. Strangely, the FCK editor is able to load content in this situation, so the parent page (the page that containst the FCK Iframe) is able to modify the contents of the IFrame. The reverse situation, Iframe->parent communication, however, seems to be restricted.
I've looked at IE security settings but have not been able to locate anything that would seem to relate to this topic. Any ideas? Thanks.
