I am using the latest version of CKEditor, and am using it to edit SMARTY templates. Over the past two hours I've tried to narrow down a bug I keep having and I believe I have, it occurs when I edit a template that starts with a loose <td> element (As in, no <table> above it, due to the <table> being in the header template). The <td> element is completely removed when I enter WYSIWYG mode, as are a few tags at the very end that don't have mates. I have checked the source, and they are there, they are also there when CKEditor has "startupMode : 'source'" set, but immediately disappear when I enter WYSIWYG mode. This occurs in Opera 10 and IE8
This is a huge problem and I'm hoping there is a way to get around it - is there an option to ignore missing tags? It seems odd that this was an intended feature.
