The first thing I wanna say is that I may make a lot of mistakes of English...
When I used FCK to edit my article, I found that if I write the string such as "<input />", I would found "<input />" in the code box, but, after I submit, It would be saved as "<input />". So that I couldn't see the string "<input />" on a html page but a inputbox instead... I'm using ASP.NET, and I really need some help!

A better way to configure FCKeditor for ASP.NET integration is to disable ASP request validation by adding ValidateRequest="false" to the page directive, like this:
<%@ Page Language="C#" ValidateRequest="false" %>
And disable HtmlEncodeOutput in the ASP.NET FCKeditor, like this:
<FCKeditorV2:FCKeditor ID="FCKeditor1" runat="server" HtmlEncodeOutput="false"/>
This will allow untouched HTML to be received by the web application. It also, of course, means that one has to ensure that HTML is being submitted by an authorized person (e.g. a blog post) or sanitized (e.g a blog comment).
