Linking

I have one very long page that I manage which is done in my fck editor but I was told that my company now wants the page broken up. They don't want people scrolling down and down. I know how to link to another part of the website or link to a .pdf doc. download...But I don't want the link to go another area of the website or a pdf download. This is what I want... For example if they click on the left navigation on the website and click on the "About Us" link and a page comes up... But within that document I want them to be able to click on another link on that page that brings you to now the company history. But they haven't actually left "About Us". Basically linking to another .html page? I want it so the pages link to each other within About Us. I find it difficult to figure this out in the editor. I'm not great with coding so...be easy on me if I have to add special source coding. I'm not a web designer...I just manage the site and try to fix things etc.
