Link-tab gone in Image Dialog, need help to find it!

Hi!

I have lost the link-tab in the image dialog. I think I once took it away, but now I can't remember what I did then. Is there any place I can disable or enable this link-tab?
In the image dialog I have Image, Upload and Advanced, but not the Link-tab


Please, I need help to find this!
