Link plugin, hide tabs Target and Advanced

I've set to hide the tabs Target and Advanced in the Link plugin, like this:

$settings['linkShowTargetTab'] = FALSE;
$settings['linkShowAdvancedTab'] = FALSE;

It works fine in Chrome, Safari and Internet Explorer but not in Firefox. The variables is set in Firefox but for some reason it doesn't make a change.

How to fix this bug?

We have a transition on all a-elements in our css file. This causes the getComputedStyle('visibility') to always return "hidden" for some reason. Added a.cke_dialog_tab { transition: none; } solves the issue.
