Link hover underline

Hi,

I am using FCKeditor for WordPress and could not figure it out how to create a link hover underline for the text when mouse over. Appreciate it very much if anyone can provide the solution to the below-mentioned issue regarding the link hover underline. Could not try to find other solutions here, I guess.

Css hover can't be applied inline, so you must add the rules to your stylesheets. You can check any css tutorial to learn how to do it.
