Link Field Dialog Locks Up

When I'm trying to edit the link on a few of the dialog boxes (in particular the link dialog), it locks up and I can't change anything (protocol, link, etc).

Does anyone know what is causing this?

A few more details. I looks like after I click the browse button to find a file on the server and select a file, it sometimes frees it up so I can type in it.

The other item that might be causing problems is that I have the FCK in a popup from the main site. It looks like the code might be trying to address the main page rather than the FCK popup.

This behavior doesn't seem to be an issue in IE.
