Linebreaks in the "Source" mode are always deleted

Hi,

I'm using CKEditor 3.6.6.1.7696 with a website built with Drupal 7.

I'm also using the Wysiwyg module version 7.x-2.2.

I have lots of issues with the module when I use the Full HTML mode to create pages (like articles).

I need to modify the HTML source code, and linebreaks in my code are always deleted when I change the view mode or when I save my content.

Do I need to update CKeditor? Or is there a configuration step that I missed.

Another issue : what can I do to avoid the <span> that CKeditor put everywhere in the HTML code? 

The probleme is that for the time being I can not obtain the result that I want and it's very frustrating and makes me waste a lot of time.
