Larger size file upload problem.

When I am uploading small image like 310 bytes it uploaded properly and when I am fetching it shows correctly. when I am uploading larger size file like 7.85.kb then it shows image double in size and file get corrupted. It does not show image properly. It shows dotted canvas.
