Keeping HTML-entities unformatted

Hi there,

I'm replacing a Textarea with CKEditor 3.xx. The textarea contains the string

blablabla &amp;lt;

now CKEditor replaces that "&lt" with "<". He seems to parse & as &. Is there an option that tells CkEditor not to do that?
