I have the latest FCKEditor running using the ReplaceTextarea method call (the text area is actually inside of an iframe, because it's running inside of a flex application using a flex HTML Component, which can only display an iframe over the flex movie).
When FCKEditor starts up, I get an "unspecified error" in IE 8. The code that's causing the problem is in the fckeditorcode_ie.js on line 49.
The actual line of code that causing a problem is the following:
this.Window=H.contentWindow;
When I bring this up in the debugger, H turns out to be an iframe that's been inserted into the document. The iframe's src attribute is set to 'javascript:void(0)'.
In the debugger if I try to make the call H.contentWindow, I get an "unspecified error". I can inspect all other aspects of the iframe.
Has anyone seen this before? Is there a way to work around it?
This happens only on IE8, released version, I have not tested before on any of the beta or rc version of IE8, though.
IE7 and Firefox work just fine.

Re: Java script error in IE 8 on FCK startup
This one occurs in all of the sample pages as well.
When you switch from html mode to source mode, you get the following error in IE 8:
Line: 26
Error: 'FCK.EditorDocument.body' is null or not an object
This doesn't happen on FF or IE 7 or before.
