Java-JSF integration help !!!

hey,

can anyone explain how I can integrate FCK Editor in java?

Web Server: Websphere
Technology: JSF
using java-core-2.5-beta-1.jar

I was able to integrate the editor, however I got stuck when it comes to files handling (upload/download).
I am in desperate need of getting this done, can anyone please help?
I have went through the integration section on site, but I think am not grasping it well.
