Issue uploading images

I am using the version 2 editor and asp 2.0. When I click the image button I see the prompt fine, I click browse server and I am able to upload images.

The issue is, I'm not sure where these images are going. I have even downloaded the entire site and done a windows search and they do not appear to be there, but the 'browse server' says they are.

Any help?

I forgot to mention I have followed the directions here and made the necessary (replacing PHP code with C#) modifications (I believe):
