Invalid file type (image upload)

Hello,

I noticed a few posts on this and did not seem to have my question answered. Please help.

My CMS with the FCKeditor 2_6_1 is giving me an error when I try to upload an image, jpeg, png, any type of image. I checked the allow permissions and the chmod 0777 everything seems to be fine. Any ideas why this error is coming up.
