Hello, I am trying to figure out how to intercept a user key press in both the standard and source mode of the FCK editor. To be more specific I want to be able to catch when a user presses the backspace key and then decide whether or not to allow the user to delete the character. I've looked into the javascript code (fckeditorcode_gecko.js) and found that the onkeypress and onkeydone events are caught using _FCKKeystrokeHandler_OnKeyPress and _FCKKeystrokeHandler_OnKeyDown functions. However these seem to catch the event after its already occurred and then do postprocessing on the text that remains. I'm looking for a way to catch the key before it is processed. Any help or tips would be greatly appreciated,
Thanks
Monte
