Installing on a 3rd Party Web Hosting Service

How do I install FCKEditor on a 3rd Party Web Hosting Service? (A direct copy?)

What server-side features do I need in order for FCKEditor to run?
eg. ASP, PHP, MySQL, SQL Server, ISAPI, CGI?

My Hosting Service won't allow ISAPI DLL's,. Can I still run FCKEditor there?

Yeah, thats what is says on the web site, but in the download there's a DLL and no installation instructions.

don't worry - there's no "installation" on the hosting server necessary, the dll is only for the client-side.

So what do I do? Just copy the entire directory structure and all the files across to my Web Host?

Does this mean a DLL has to be manually loaded on all your clients?

If it has a client DLL do you still need to setup files on the web server?
