Installed into Drupal. Still no WYSIWYG

1. Did you change permissions? You have to assign the 'use ckeditor' permission to all roles which shall be able to use it.

2. Did you check visibility settings? On ckeditors settings page when editing a profile within the visibility section there is an option to switch on or off the default starting state of the editor.
