OK, have answered my own question, basically put all files and folders (other than folder names starting with an underscore) in a folder and then reference that folder from the control with the BasePath property.

Works a treat!

I have the same problem ..

which files are required and where do they go.

the sample files are buried in the labyrinth of the download so it could be any f them
