Install and first steps

First I must say, I#m a bloody newbie having a very bad knowledge of english.

When I saw FCKeditor I thought, I must try it.
1. download
2. unzip
3. upload to a location and what now....?

I try and try and I can get no results.

Is there a "step-by-step-paper"?

I agree... Would someone please explain how and why you would want to use this. Can't someone make a little demo on its uses?

Also, there are no instructions other than Javascript.

Please help us! Thank you.
