Inserting Image using Browse Server with BBCode Plugin in CKEditor NOT WORKING

Steps to replicate;

1. Browse to this URL: http://ckeditor.com/demo#bbcode
2. Click on the insert image icon in the toolbar and click on Browse Server. The window opens.
3. Double click on an image to select it. The window closes and the text box is still empty.

I have replicated this within our application. What's interesting is when you click on the Browse Server button the URL contains a parameter called CKEditorFuncNum which is set to undefined. In a working implementation with version 3 of the CKEditor and CKFinder the value is numerical (i.e. not undefined as can be seen here).

Any further information required let me know.

Does anyone know if there is a workaround / quick fix?
