Insert a Text in Cursor Place

i want to insert a text or paragraph on cursor location from code behind.Using javascript("CKEDITOR.instances.CKEditor1.insertText") i made it, but not able to do from server side.is that possible to do???? Thanks in Advance for ur valuable suggestions,,,
