I'm using FCKEditor within an Ajax application (a proprietary ajax framework).
When the editor is being instantiated for the second time (using "CreateHtml()" method) , it's no more possible to enter text into any of inputs on the page with type "text". They don't have a look of "disabled" controls, but it's no more possible to focus on any of them.
Browser - Internet Explorer 6.0.2900
Do you have any suggestion ?
Thanks in adavance,

Re: Inputs locked when using FCKEditor with an Ajax application
in your css stylesheet put
I woulld also check that you dont have a div overlapping it, there are many programs that check webstructure from browsers like webdevloper for mozilla.
Hope that this helps
Re: Inputs locked when using FCKEditor with an Ajax application
I found a temporary solution for this problem : calling setActivate() and then blur() on an "input text" control on the page. Not a nice solution, but it works.
Seems that FckEditor tries to put focus on itself when loaded and this locks all the page's input controls.

Please look there: "Locked/Editable Region Support" -- http://dev.fckeditor.net/ticket/826
Do it enablement?
