Increasing Size of Popup Windows + Spellchecker Edits

Hi,

I'm using FCKeditor v2.6.4 and it's great, especially the new spellchecker, but I'm having trouble making a couple of little edits to it that are necessary for my users:
1) I need to increase the size of the "Links" popup window to accommodate some custom code and instructions. I've set it to be able to scroll, but this is not the optimum solution. It needs to be about 100 pixels wider in all directions - how do I do this?
2) On the same page, (the ./editor/dialog/fck_link.html page), I've stuck a drop-down box with all the static pages that my users have created (I created a page fck_link_php.php and used an iFrame). They select the page they want to link to (for an internal link) from this drop-down, it generates the right code, and they have to copy-and-paste the text into the "txtUrl" box. I'd like it to automatically update from the iFrame, saving them having to copy and paste. Is this possible?
3) How do I remove the ads on the spellchecker page?
